As Simpro Group’s Chief Financial Officer, Ashley Mehlman oversees all financial aspects of each company. With over 17 years of accounting, finance, and operations experience, Ashley has held numerous leadership positions at several companies, including Cast & Crew, where she implemented AI and machine learning to ingest timecards, reducing the amount of manual work for payroll clerks and coordinators. Entertainment Services, KPMG LLP, Zurich North America, and Toyota Financial Services. She works closely with leadership to develop financial strategies that drive growth while implementing AI-driven financial analytics and risk management tools to enhance forecasting accuracy and decision-making.

Pete Mansel

Pete Mansel is a proven leader with 30 years of experience driving revenue growth and crafting innovative strategies. He has held key roles at industry-leading companies, including Rigor, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and LANDesk, and most recently served as Chief Sales Officer at Accruent. Pete’s expertise ensures Simpro Group continues to exceed customer expectations while unlocking new opportunities for growth. His customer-centric approach, combined with AI-powered sales intelligence and automation, empowers teams to drive revenue and deliver exceptional value.

Raffi Tchakmakjian

Chief Product & Business Development Officer

Raffi Tchakmakjian is Simpro Group’s Chief Product & Business Development Officer and a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in building, scaling, and guiding companies from startup to public-market success. He has held executive roles such as CEO, CPO, and CRO at both private and public companies. Throughout his career, Raffi has consistently driven growth, developed high-performing teams, and delivered significant results for organizations of various sizes.

Raffi has played a key role in several successful exits, including the acquisitions of LIFT session by LifeSpeak in 2021, Wyse by Dell in 2012, and Trellia by Wyse in 2011. Beyond his operational roles, Raffi actively mentors and advises scale-ups and startups in AI and Quantum Computing, helping founders with go-to-market strategies, product management, and business development. His commitment to advancing innovation earned him the Creative Destruction Labs’ “Mentor of the Year” award in 2025 and 2019 for his impact in AI.

Beth Erickson

Chief Human Resources Officer

As Simpro Group’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Beth oversees our global talent strategy, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain the people who enable our continued growth and deliver for our customers.

Beth has more than 20 years of dynamic human resources leadership experience, partnering closely with CEOs, boards, and senior executives to enhance organizational performance and culture. She held senior HR leadership roles at several organizations, including serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Castle Group and as Global Chief Human Resources Officer at Intermex International Money Express.

Her extensive expertise includes building scalable HR functions, leading large global teams, and aligning talent strategies with the business objectives of high-growth, multi-unit, and international organizations. Beth is widely recognized for transforming people operations, strengthening performance management systems, optimizing talent acquisition, and supporting large-scale acquisitions and integrations in complex, high-volume, field-based, and global environments.

Corey O’Donnell

Chief Brand & Strategy Officer

Corey O’Donnell is Chief Brand & Strategy Officer at Simpro Group, where he leads platform strategy, brand, and market narrative for our AI-first operating platform. He is responsible for defining how products, acquisitions, and innovation come together as a unified platform story—internally with teams and externally with customers, partners, and the market.

Corey is a seasoned technology and go-to-market leader with over two decades of experience building, scaling, and repositioning software companies across SMB, enterprise, and private-equity-backed environments. He has held senior leadership roles at high-growth technology companies including Kaseya, where he served as SVP of Strategy during a period of rapid expansion, and was the co-creator of CenterMark, a digital marketing platform for local and services-based businesses.

Corey also founded Synthesis Marketing Consulting, where he worked with CEOs, boards, and leadership teams to define platform strategy, sharpen market positioning, and guide go-to-market execution. His work focused on translating complex technology into clear, compelling narratives that drive adoption, revenue growth, and long-term enterprise value.

As Simpro Group's Chief Technology Officer, Salman Bhatti oversees all technology and engineering functions across the company. With over 20 years of experience in software engineering, cloud architecture and executive leadership, Salman has held senior technology roles at several high-growth enterprise software companies, including Vertex Inc., where he led engineering teams building indirect tax solutions; UKG, a South Florida-based HCM leader; and Citrix Systems. He works closely with leadership to define and execute Simpro's technology vision while championing an AI-first approach to building scalable, intelligent field service management solutions that drive operational excellence for customers worldwide.
