This year’s honorees have navigated economic uncertainty, rapid technological change and an increasingly competitive business landscape, and still found ways to innovate, grow and thrive. The year’s class spans AI, advanced manufacturing, healthcare, consumer products and professional services, but the throughline across all 5,000 companies is the same: real growth, driven by teams that refused to sit still. The median three-year revenue growth rate on this year's list was 130%. Collectively, these companies added more than 627,208 jobs to the U.S. economy over the past three years.
