Strong products are built by strong teams. At Simpro Group, that belief drives how we operate, how we scale, and how we invest in our people.

Our in-person Go-To-Market Kickoff was designed with a clear objective: bring together sellers and account managers from across all four Simpro Group brands, Simpro, AroFlo, BigChange, and ClockShark, to sharpen execution, deepen product and ecosystem knowledge, and strengthen how we show up for the trades industry.

Hosted in Miami, home to our new North American headquarters, the two-day event was a focused investment in our people, mastery of our craft, and how we operate as one organization.

Why In-Person Matters

Simpro Group operates globally. Much of our work happens across time zones through video calls, messaging, and email. That model enables scale, but it does not replace the value of being in the same room.

In-person connection strengthens working relationships, accelerates collaboration, and creates clarity around expectations and accountability. For a growing company, these moments ensure alignment does not erode as the business scales. They allow teams to move faster with fewer handoffs, clearer context, and shared ownership of outcomes.

The Role We Play in the Trades

Chairman and CEO Fred Voccola opened the kickoff with a clear message on why our work matters. The trades play a critical role as second responders in communities around the world. When infrastructure fails and essential services are disrupted, trades professionals restore safety, stability, and functionality.

At Simpro, our responsibility is to equip the trades with the tools and AI-first operating model they need to run better businesses. That means helping them operate more efficiently and profitably so their earnings reflect the real value of their work.

This mission shapes how we build products, how we partner across the ecosystem, and how we develop our teams.

Leaders Close to the Work

Execution improves when leaders stay close to the work. That principle shaped the structure of the kickoff.

Teams participated in hands-on breakout sessions led by executive leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other functions. These sessions focused on real customer scenarios, practical problem solving, and shared accountability.

Leaders worked directly with employees, providing context, answering questions, and reinforcing expectations. This is foundational to how we operate. Leadership at Simpro Group is active, visible, and directly involved in building capability across teams.

Operating Within the Simpro Ecosystem

Supporting the trades requires more than a single product. It requires an ecosystem that works together.

Partners including Elogii, Tugger, Groundplan, Lentune, dokkit, and Vision Reach joined us on site to collaborate with teams and demonstrate how our solutions integrate to support trade businesses end to end.

These sessions reinforced a critical requirement for our go-to-market teams: deep understanding of customer challenges and how Simpro Group’s platform, combined with our partners’ solutions, reduces complexity and operational friction. Our teams are driven to understand not just what we sell, but the real problems our customers face and how our ecosystem helps solve them.

Recognizing Performance and Accountability

Performance matters. So does recognition.

The kickoff concluded with an awards ceremony recognizing employees who delivered strong results, demonstrated leadership, and upheld Simpro Group’s values. In total, 16 employees were recognized with awards, and several joined the Excellence Club, reserved for the company’s top sellers.

Recognition reinforces accountability and sets a clear standard for what success looks like at Simpro Group.

Moving Forward

The Go-To-Market Kickoff reflects how we invest in our people to execute at a high level and serve the trades industry effectively.

By bringing sellers and account managers together, prioritizing hands-on learning, and strengthening alignment across brands and partners, we continue to build teams that take ownership of their career and deliver meaningful outcomes.

As Simpro Group scales, our expectations remain high and our commitment to our people remains firm. Aligned, capable teams build better solutions and create real impact for the customers and industries we serve.
