For example, if you want to increase your revenue by 10% by the end of the year, what do you need to optimize to increase your productivity without increasing losses too much? Do you need to improve response and travel time to your customers? Do your scheduling processes need to be faster? Can you limit the amount of repeat visits to a site? You can also look at wider strategies that bring in more customers, for example - do you need to improve customer service? Or, can you increase the amount of five-star reviews you have on Google?
