For three action-packed days, more than 1,600 field service professionals from around the world attended the first ever simPRO Digital Summit. simPRO is a robust product with a variety of software features to help businesses grow and succeed. So, we launched this virtual event to make sure our customers and other industry professionals know how to get the most out of simPRO.

1. The unveiling of simPRO IoT
The highly-anticipated simPRO IoT is finally here! With our new Internet of Things (IoT) solution, you can remotely monitor and collect data from your customers’ assets. Once you have the monitoring set up, you can then connect to simPRO’s scheduling features to send field staff a job request to complete maintenance or servicing. In our IoT product session, we showed how businesses can use simPRO IoT alongside simPRO software to be more proactive in using technology to manage your asset maintenance work.
2. Interactive sessions with product experts
Experts from our simPRO Product teams and Learning & Development department shared advice and tips in live Q&A sessions. This interactive opportunity gave our current and prospective customers the chance to ask questions about simPRO features and receive answers in real time.
3. A heartfelt conversation on mental health in the trades
In this engaging panel discussion, the podcast hosts from TradeMutt, Lisa Dunston from industry association Master Plumbers New Zealand, renowned business coach Sue Kohn-Taylor from The Mental Fitness Company, simPRO Business Development Manager Brian Burke and simPRO CEO Sean Diljore gathered together to talk about their personal journeys with mental health and how trade contractors can engage in these conversations in their own lives.
4. Field service management software tips
Those new to simPRO’s features for service job and project management had the chance to view a live product demonstration to see how simPRO makes field service management easy with streamlined technology tools.
5. An exclusive look at product updates
And last but not least, at simPRO, we roll out new software features every two weeks. This session gave our customers the chance to get caught up on the new improvements and requested features that have been added to the product over the last six months.
