Partner network guidelines

Our Partner Networks are designed to generate opportunity for mutual benefit under three tiers: Registered, Select, and Premier. While some tiers offer increased levels of engagement – and with it, benefits and requirements – we believe all partners are strategically valuable to Simpro Group and our community.

Registered Partner

These partnerships are most common and are usually the initial level that partners consider when becoming a partner. Several of these benefits are outlined below, but grouped into Marketing, Sales, Technology & Enablement, and Support, which Registered partners can take advantage of on a self-service basis.

Select Partner

These partnerships utilize many of the same offerings and benefits provided to Registered partners, however they also match partners with a dedicated Partner Manager. The Partner Manager will create and administer an annual plan to help you leverage valuable Simpro Group opportunities.

Premier Partner

These relationships require significant investment and coordination on both ends to deliver on a shared value proposition and unique business case. This will ultimately convey material benefits for the Partner and ecosystems. These relationships are by invitation only and typically evolve from Registered and Select partnerships.

Partner network benefits

The benefits each Partner Network provides will vary based on partner category, but include support, technology, enablement, communications, documentation, legal governance, measurement & reporting, financial incentives, marketing, and sales benefits.

Partners may choose from the modules below to best suit their needs.

PARTNER PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

Technology Partners
  • Register for the Partner Program and sign Partner Program agreement
  • Maintain up-to-date Partner Directory Listing, if applicable
  • Dedicated branding on Partner website (Select and Premier only)
  • Quarterly QBR with regional Partner Manager (Premier only)
  • Quality Control: If Partner has buit an integration to any Simpro Group Platform, Partner will maintain an up-to-date integration, and will update the compatibility of their integration within 30 days of any major release
  • Customer Service: Partner will handle all direct communications and services to and from Customers with regard to their integration and offering
  • Issue resolution: Partner will make efforts, with appropriate escalation to senior management, to provide a resolution for any problem as soon as is commercially reasonable, but no later than five (5) business days.
  • Professionalism: Partner shall not diminish or damage the reputation or goodwill of Simpro Group or its products
  • Partner will maintain positive feedback from mutual customers. Those that receive consistent negative feedback or reviews will be removed from the Partner Program.
  • Applicable revenue share/ referrals / Information/Data share as per agreement
Service Providers
  • Register for the Partner Program and sign Partner Program agreement
  • Maintain up-to-date Partner Directory Listing, if applicable
  • Dedicated branding on Partner website (Select and Premier only)
  • Quarterly QBR with regional Partner Manager (Premier only)
  • Customer Service: Partner will handle all direct communications and services to and from Customers with regard to their services and offering

*”Closed Won Opportunities” metric is defined as a customer who enters into a binding order for Simpro products within 6 months of referral.

Accountancy Partners
  • Register for the Partner Program and sign applicable Partner Program agreement

  • Dedicated branding on Partner website (Select and Premier only)
  • Quarterly QBR with regional Partner Manager (Premier only)
  • Customer Service: Partner will handle all direct communications and services to and from Customers with regard to their services and offering
  • Issue resolution: Partner will make efforts, with appropriate escalation to senior management, to provide a resolution for any problem as soon as is commercially reasonable, but no later than five (5) business days.
  • Professionalism: Partner shall not diminish or damage the reputation or goodwill of Simpro Group or its products
  • Partner will maintain positive feedback from mutual customers. Those that receive consistent negative feedback or reviews will be removed from the Partner Program.
  • Partner shall accurately and ethically discuss any applicable discounts on eligible products only, as per Partner Program agreement
  • Partner shall not publish or advertise the discount on any public channels. Discount must be discussed directly with Qualified Leads only.
Industry/Inventory Supply/Government/Other
  • Register for the Partner Program and sign applicable Partner Program agreement
  • Maintain up-to-date Partner Directory Listing (if applicable)
