Enterprise has a number of additional powerful features including multi-stage project quotes & jobs, contractor management, report & form builder and our new simPRO Mobile suite of apps to support your field staff.

We've compiled a list of FAQs to help you better understand the seamless upgrade process.

More than 90% of our customers use Enterprise to run their business. During the last 12 months we have made a number of improvements and released new features that are exclusive to Enterprise users. We’re confident that you’ll find Enterprise represents even better value for money than Service and to show this, we are offering customers the opportunity to upgrade to Enterprise at no extra cost for 3 months.

After the initial 3 month period your billing will increase to £79 per month per office licence and £11 per mobile licence.

There are many great benefits that come with upgrading to Enterprise - too many to list here! Take a look at this Help Guide article which highlights all the additional features available.

We recommend you start by taking a look at the additional features Enterprise has to offer. If you have a specific area of interest and need guidance, please refer to the Help Guide or contact our support team.

When you upgrade from Service to Enterprise, all your data will be migrated over including your login details.

The mobile app, Connect, will look the same, however, there may be some additional buttons to accommodate for new features available to you and your team, like Purchase Orders and Tasks (if these are activated in the user settings).

Additionally, Assets and Tasks will also be available within each job in Enterprise. You can read more about this on our Help Guide.

Enterprise users will also be able to use the new simPRO Mobile suite of apps which is included in the licence fee. simPRO Mobile consists of individual modules that target the efficiency of field staff and provide new levels of information for them to work with. Engineers will need to log out and log back in to their mobile app once the upgrade has taken place.

Enterprise looks and operates very similar to Service but has more powerful functionality. To help users get up to speed with all the new features, we have created a dedicated Help Guide page. This has a range of articles to help take you through the new tools and functionality available.

We also recommend you register for the simPRO Learning Toolbox, as it has a variety of self-paced learning modules to assist you in building your knowledge of simPRO and its features.

All of this information is available to users free of charge.

Service is designed to allow businesses to seamlessly upgrade to Enterprise. All your data will be brought over to Enterprise in the upgrade.

Once you’ve upgraded to Enterprise, it’s not possible to downgrade to Service. This is due to the additional features and information that is stored in Enterprise.

*Available to existing UK Service customers only. To receive the offer, customers must upgrade before 31 December 2020 and are required to sign a new Direct Debit form. Customer’s billing will stay the same for 3 months, after which time, the pricing will change to £79 per office licence and £11 per mobile licence.
