At simPRO we’re passionate about building features and improvements that make your day-to-day workflows easier and more efficient. In our latest update - that will start rolling out into your build from Sunday the 15th of November - we have some new additions which will do just that, including:
- An address auto-complete feature
- New automatic triggers for the Customer Portal
- Invoice due dates on emails
- Quote Notes on the Form Builder
Address fields now auto-complete
Available in Australia, New Zealand and the United States
Now when you enter any address in simPRO, where possible, a location will be suggested minimising the chance for human error. This means, entering an accurate address in simPRO is now as simple as typing the start of the location into the address field. This action will prompt simPRO to suggest addresses if there is a match.
This is yet another popular idea originating from the simPRO Ideas Portal.
Be notified when a quote has been accepted or rejected
Thanks to two new automatic triggers designed specifically for the simPRO Customer Portal, you can now easily identify when a quote has been approved or declined by your customers. This allows you to set up specific notifications that can be raised from status changes, ensuring you can take action on accepted or rejected quotes in a timely manner.
Invoice Due Dates on emails
simPRO has a new field for you to select when setting up an email template. Now you have the option to automatically insert an Invoice Due Date for sending invoices to customers. This will improve customer communication as they will have a clear reference point for the due date when they receive an invoice.
Quote Notes added to Form Builder
A popular idea in our simPRO Ideas Portal has been to include the Quote Notes in the Form Builder. Following the latest update to simPRO, this is now possible.
The field list in Form Builder has been extended to include Quote Notes, Quote Name and Cost Centre Notes. These additional fields enable you to provide the recipient with even more essential information about their quote like scopes or exclusions.
What else is new in simPRO? With every release, there are slight improvements in addition to the main features we’ve included above. You can read the outline of all the enhancements made in the dedicated release notes for 20.4.4 in our Help Guide. This will be available from Saturday the 14th of November AEST.
