More than 95% of our customers use simPRO to run their business. During the last 12 months we have made a number of improvements and released new features that are exclusive to simPRO users.

Our future development efforts will focus solely on simPRO Enterprise. simPRO Enterprise is our next-generation field management solution, and is replacing simPRO Service. We are preparing and supporting Service users to transition to simPRO Enterprise and simPRO Mobile by 30 September, 2022.
Yes, in time. simPRO Mobile is only available to simPRO Enterprise users.
Our future development efforts will focus solely on simPRO and simPRO Mobile. We will no longer be developing Connect or Service.
We are preparing and supporting all Connect users to transition to simPRO Mobile by 30 September, 2022. Therefore, after upgrading to Enterprise, you can continue using Connect until this date.
When you upgrade from Service to simPRO, all your data will be migrated over including your login details.
The mobile app, Connect, will look the same, however, there may be some additional buttons to accommodate for new features available to you and your team, like Purchase Orders and Tasks (if these are activated in the user settings).
Additionally, Assets and Tasks will also be available within each job in Enterprise. You can read more about this on our Help Guide.
simPRO (Enterprise) users will also be able to use the new simPRO Mobile suite of apps which is included in the licence fee. simPRO Mobile consists of individual modules that target the efficiency of field staff and provide new levels of information for them to work with. For more information visit the Help Guide.
We are preparing and supporting all Connect users to transition to simPRO Mobile by 30 September, 2022. Therefore, after upgrading to Enterprise, you can continue using Connect until this date. Learn more about switching to simPRO Mobile here.
Field staff will need to log out and log back in to their mobile app once the upgrade has taken place.
simPRO looks and operates very similar to Service but has more powerful functionality. To help users get up to speed with all the new features, we have created a dedicated Help Guide page. This has a range of articles to help take you through the new tools and functionality available. We also recommend you register for the simPRO Learning Toolbox, as it has a variety of self-paced learning modules to assist you in building your knowledge of simPRO and its features.

Service is designed to allow businesses to seamlessly upgrade to simPRO. All your data will be brought over to simPRO in the upgrade.

Once you’ve upgraded to simPRO, it’s not possible to downgrade to Service. This is due to the additional features and information that is stored in simPRO.
