Zapier added to the growing list of simPRO integrations

We are excited to announce that simPRO is now available in the Zapier App Directory. You can already choose from a wide range of add ons and integrations to expand on simPRO’s functionality, and through Zapier, you can do even more! You can now connect simPRO to 1,500+ apps including the business tools you use every day, to automate time-consuming repetitive tasks, while eliminating the errors that double handling data can cause.

What is Zapier?

Zapier’s goal is to make it easy for you to have all your different software tools talking to each other so you can automate workflows in your business.

You choose a trigger event from one app and what you want to happen in one or more of your connected apps. Information instantly and automatically moves between apps while you get on with more important work! Each of these automations is called a Zap.

And, you can do all this without writing any code or investing in custom development.

What apps can I connect to simPRO through Zapier?

There are over 1,500 apps listed in the Zapier App Directory, so there’s a very good chance that the tools you are already using are available. Some of those that we think will excite simPRO users include:

• CRM apps - Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoho
• Email newsletter and marketing automation apps - Mailchimp, Constant Contact, ActiveCampaign
• Forms apps - Google Forms, Gravity forms, Wufoo
• Google apps - Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Contacts
• Project management apps - Asana, Trello

What types of field service automation can I expect from the integration?

The integration is currently at early access stage, which allows us to offer a small number of triggers, searches and actions. You will be able to create workflows based on new jobs or new or updated individual and company contacts.

During the early access stage, we need the help of our simPRO community!

We need to reach 50 users before Zapier moves our listing to public status. When we reach that milestone we will then be able to offer a wider range of features as well as pre-built Zap templates to make this a more powerful tool for simPRO users.

Step 1) If you don’t already have one, sign up for a Zapier account.

Step 2) Click here to get early access to the simPRO Zapier integration.

Step 3) Make a Zap using simPRO! If you’re new to Zapier, Zapier University features short videos to help you learn how.
