In our latest update, rolling out from January 20th, we’ve improved the Labour Productivity Report and added a new ‘Search’ option to enhance efficiency when users are performing a stocktake or stock adjustment. We’ve also got some other improvements that we’ll break down, below!
Now, let’s take a closer look at the features of this release to better understand what they could mean for you and your business:
Job Breakdown on Labour Productivity Report
simPRO users will now be able to experience better visibility of calculations, as well as additional filters in their Labour Productivity Reports such as Job Billable Hours, Job Billable Labours and Employee Labour Billable - giving you even more data to assist in flagging inefficiencies in your business.
This will ultimately give you even more comprehensive insights into what your team members are doing, where and when, and give you the information you need to make better decisions regarding productivity and process in the workplace.
Search items in a stock take
If you’ve been finding yourself frustrated with storage devices that hold an extensive range of stock within your business - and the time that it can take to find a particular item in said device due to the search party you’ve got to send out - then this update is for you.
Say sayonara to the endless scroll because we’ve added a new ‘Search’ option so that you can find instock items when performing a stocktake or stock adjustment!
Tidying up: Other enhancements we’ve made this fortnight
- The All jobs page just had a face-lift! It now shows page numbers for each of the stages in addition to the pending stage.
- The invoices were getting a bit defensive - not taking into account updates to the job when you have multiple tabs open. Now the invoice totals will be accurate and won’t bother you anymore!
- Adding billable items to a locked cost centre shouldn’t bother you anymore. Now you’ll get an adjustment when adding your items.
That’s all from us this fortnight. Make sure to head over to our release notes for the full breakdown of this update, and check out the video below!
