Maintaining COVID-19 customer compliance in simPRO with Contact Tracing

As the world begins to move out of isolation and the different levels of lockdown are reduced, various governments will have ongoing health and safety requirements for businesses.

Like many others businesses, trade services may be required to track contact between field service staff and customers. simPRO has developed two workflows to support our user community as they record all customer and field service staff interactions, to adhere to any Contact Tracing conditions.

Our two solutions to this issue will allow you to keep track of the interactions of your field staff and assist with effective contact tracing to investigate COVID-19 cases.

Workflow 1: eForms

eForms allow you to design and distribute forms that support your team in collecting important business data from anywhere using their tablet devices. Using simPRO’s eForms you can create a custom digital form to capture and record contact tracing information in PDF documents.

A mobile data connection allows the two-way syncing functionality to pass records between the field and office simultaneously. Meaning you can easily record and track all customer contact within your simPRO build.

Our eForms can be used as a standalone product or integrated with your existing simPRO build.

Workflow 2: simPRO Mobile

Alternatively, you can use simPRO scripts via the simPRO Mobile app to assist field service staff with recording contact tracing information on their job cards.

Scripts are editable, pre-written responses that can be used to record and share information.

Once the scripts are enabled within your simPRO build they can be accessed via the Work Completed Notes, allowing field service staff to record any contact tracing information and send it directly back to the office from the field.
