simPRO Update: Open multiple invoices and the CIS Monthly Returns Report

The next simPRO update will start rolling out on August 11. The release allows users to open multiple invoices at the same time. Customers in the United Kingdom will also receive a new column for contractor invoice numbers in the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) Monthly Returns Report.

You can already work on multiple projects, such as quotes or jobs, at the same time. And now, Invoices have been added to the Open Work Bar at the bottom of the screen. The change will allow you to work on, and switch between, up to five Jobs, Quotes and Invoices at the same time.

Contractor invoice numbers added to the UK CIS Monthly Return Reports

(Available in the United Kingdom only)

The simPRO CIS Monthly Returns Report provides businesses who make payments to subcontractors in the UK, with the information they need for their HM Revenue and Customs monthly returns.

A new column has been added to the report to show the actual contractor invoice number in addition to the “simPRO allocated” invoice number. The column will also be included on PDFs and downloads of the report.

What else is new in simPRO?
