Inflationary Raises and 24 Weeks Paid Parental Leave Added to Benefits
More money, more time with family
While other companies are implementing hiring and pay rise freezes, simPRO is adding industry-leading benefits to its employee benefits program.
Highlights of the “Do the Right Thing” benefits package include:
- Inflationary pay increases for employees earning less than $120,000 AUD ($80,000 USD) per year.
- 24 weeks of paid parental leave for the primary caregiver and eight weeks for the secondary caregiver.
- And…in light of the recent Roe v Wade Supreme Court decision, simPRO provides a $5,000 grant to any US employee or their immediate family member who has to travel more than 100 miles for any medical procedure, including abortion.
