simPRO Events: Lasercon 2019

Lasercon 2019 is a key event in the simPRO calendar and this year was as epic as ever!

Plumbers and electricians from across Australia and New Zealand gathered to talk about the latest industry developments and technology enhancements, as well as celebrate the successes and achievements of fellow Laser member businesses.

Our simPEEPs joined other businesses in the Trade Hall, taking the time out to chat with current users about some of the latest developments in the simPRO solution.

The hot topic of conversation was our Data Feed add-on for simPRO Enterprise users. Everyone wanted to know more about how this exciting tool automates manual entry and optimises the receiving of information via email.

The speakers and sessions at this year's conference collectively tackled the topic of the future of field service and discussed how technology will be a big part of future efficiencies

simPRO's New Zealand General Manager Ricky Sevta hosted two speaking sessions, which he used to further explore the concept of connected businesses with attendees, and discuss how simPRO is helping users build a single source of truth.

On the big stage, Ricky talked about simPROin the bigger picture of the future of field service, and broke down some exciting new features that are a part of the simPRO's product roadmap.
