Our latest update to simPRO has arrived and in this release we have two new improvements that will enhance your workflows. This release will start rolling out into your build from Monday the 29th of November and includes:
See the whole picture with the improved Programmed Preventative Maintenance Report
Wanting to see your asset testing history plus future planned asset testing in the one report? Now you can! In this update, we have made some serious improvements to the Programmed Preventative Maintenance Report (PPM Report). Now the report can provide you with a truly holistic view of your asset maintenance across different asset types and service levels.
Color coded asset testing history
You can still keep track of your asset testing history with this report, but now it's even easier to identify the assets that have not been tested, or have passed and failed. Color coded cells (red for failed tests, green for passed and yellow for not tested) allow you to see at a glance where you need to focus your attention.
Drill down deeper
Needing more information than what you can see in this report? Simply click on any cell to reveal a box with even more information such as the asset type, a link to the job and the number of tested and untested assets.
Planned future maintenance
Now this report allows you to view your planned asset maintenance ahead of time for the next 3, 6, 9 or 12 months. Let your customers know when someone from your team will be on site for asset testing and view past results via a downloadable image. Also allow your customers to run the PPM report via the simPRO Customer Portal.
Improved visual overview
We have also added heat mapping to the PPM report so you can clearly see when more assets are required to be tested, and where you may have capacity to increase the maintenance workload.
Exclusive to the Maintenance Planner add-on
To take advantage of the Programmed Preventative Maintenance Report report plus even more intuitive asset maintenance functionality you will need the Maintenance Planner add-on for simPRO. Maintenance Planner allows you to manage the maintenance work for thousands of assets by streamlining preventive maintenance jobs, creating alerts for asset failures and automating job creation.
Export timesheets to a CSV file
We have added a new version of the timesheet CSV export that provides an improved breakdown of timesheet information. This file can then be imported into your accounting or payroll system of choice, alleviating the need for time consuming data entry every time you move information across.
What else is new in simPRO?
With every release, there are slight improvements in addition to the main features we’ve included above. You can read the outline of all the enhancements made in the dedicated release notes for 20.4.5 in our Help Guide. This will be available from Saturday the 28th of November AEST.
