simPRO Update: The start of a new look and feel for simPRO

In our last release, we were excited to announce our new single database for contacts. In the next two weeks, we're keeping the ball rolling with the first step in our journey to modernize the look and feel of simPRO! This means you will notice some slight improvements to your build.

Cook's Plumbing is joining our list of integrations for automatic sync. This will allow for catalog syncing and automatic imports for supplier invoices, meaning your staff will save time on manually importing items from this supplier.

Simpro New Look

UI/UX Revamp - Stage One

simPRO welcomes the first stage of our UI/UX (User Interface/ User Experience) revamp. This project will revamp how simPRO looks and feels to deliver an improved user experience, with a design and structure that better reflects its technological power!

What’s changing in this release?

For now, we have only made minor changes to our interface with the aim of giving simPRO a cleaner and more modern look. This means, while there have not been any functionality changes, you will notice enhancements to colors and fonts within simPRO.

This includes general visual design enhancements, aesthetic changes to save buttons, as well as an update to tabs. All of these slight adjustments come together to create the sleekest looking version of simPRO we have had to date.

Everything you need is still in the same place, just be aware that buttons and menus you’re familiar with will look like they have had a slight facelift!

What support will be available?

If you are requiring some extra support following these changes, simPRO has multiple options to guide you and your team.

Inside simPRO: If you need assistance with any of your workflows, the “Walk Me Through” guidance is available to help you! Click here to learn more about the Walk Me Through tool on the Help Guide.

On the Help Guide: The Help Guide is always there for you to refer to with 600 articles and 400 videos on various topics and workflows.

In the simPRO Learning | Toolbox: The Learning Toolbox is an online training platform with materials and courses to help you and your team master simPRO. All simPRO users have access to this platform. In future releases, when functional changes are made to our UI/UX, content within the Toolbox will be updated to guide you through the changes.

All of the above resources are available from the Help menu within simPRO.

It is important to note that this is only stage one of the UI/UX updates that will occur throughout 2020, so make sure you stay up to date with us on social media and read the in-app announcements that pop up when you log in to your build.
